In the Department of Gynecologic Endocrinology and Fertility Disorders, we can help you with your fertility issues, from preserving and restoring your fertility to conception, in our specialized clinics that work closely together as well as collaboratively with other departments, such as Internal Medicine, Urology and, Dermatology, and with the Center for Psychosocial Medicine and the Institute for Human Genetics at Heidelberg University.

In our inpatient and outpatient care, we offer surgical interventions that are important for fertility, with a focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques, we treat hormone disorders, and we provide advice on family planning. Surgical, medical, naturopathic, and interdisciplinary treatment plans from our specially trained doctors are available for patients with endometriosis.
For those who are having difficulty conceiving, we offer a full range of current diagnostic services and a wide range of techniques for assisted reproduction such as insemination, IVF, ICSI, in vitro maturation (IVM), blastocyst culture, time lapse imaging with embryoscope, polar body biopsy, for women who have had recurrent miscarriages or who wish to become pregnant following chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
